Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
We deliver from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Delivery times and days can be adjusted according to your preferences, in consultation with your representative.
If you order before 2 PM, your delivery will be made the next day. In case of a public holiday, the delivery will be postponed to the following date.
For orders under €200 excl. VAT, a delivery fee of €13.50 applies. For orders over €200 excl. VAT, delivery is free.
If part of your order is delivered, the remaining items will be shipped as soon as possible.
