Frequently asked questions
Which file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. A vector file gives the sharpest print. If you only have a photo or a low-resolution image, send it anyway: we tell you whether it can be used.
How many colours can be printed?
Napkins: 1 or 2 colours. Cups and bags: 1 colour, 2 colours or full colour. Pizza boxes: 1 to 3 colours. Cutlery pouches: 1 to 2 colours. Mats: logo in colour. If you have Pantone references, mention them with your order.
What is the minimum quantity?
Napkins and cutlery pouches: 6,000 pieces. Pizza boxes: 2,500. Cups and bags: 1,000. Mats: from 1. For a smaller quantity, ask us for a quote.
How long does it take?
Proof within 2 working days. After your approval: napkins 15 to 20 working days, cups and bags 20 to 25 working days, mats 3 to 4 weeks, cutlery pouches 4 to 5 weeks, pizza boxes 4 to 6 weeks.
Are there extra costs for the printing plate?
No. The plate is included in the prices shown.
Can I reorder with the same logo?
Yes. Mention in your order that it is a repeat order: we reuse the file you approved.
