How to choose your container or tray

Start from the contents (hot dish, salad, soup, sauce), then find the reference: each aluminium tray (R28, R45, 902, S804L…) has a board-and-foil lid with the same reference, and Sabert containers have their lid in the same size (23 × 17 cm, 28 × 20 cm…).

• Aluminium: rectangular from 450 cc (R28) to 3,500 cc (R31L), 3 compartments (R819) and round from 135 to 1,850 cc.
• Hot meals in portions: black Sabert Hotpack containers, square, rectangular or with 2 and 3 compartments (375 to 1,350 ml), Duniform menu trays 225 × 175 mm (black or in recycled PET), XPS menu boxes 245 × 210 mm, Sabert Bepulp containers from 750 to 1,000 ml.
• Salads and cold catering: hinged-lid PET containers and salad bowls from 150 to 2,000 cc, clear containers 180 × 133 mm, containers 108 × 82 mm from 125 to 500 cc, kraft poke bowls from 500 to 1,300 ml.
• Soups and noodles: round Ø115 mm pots of 500, 750 and 1,000 cc, 250 cc soup bowl with handle, round black Sabert Hotpack bowls from 250 to 500 ml, kraft noodle pots from 450 to 950 ml.
• Sauces and desserts: sauce pots from 30 to 125 cc, 150 ml footed dessert cups.

Lids are sold separately unless the name says "with lid", "attached lid" or "hinged lid".
